So what is the best way to lose weight? It is actually pretty simple; it comes down to two things that I am sure everyone has heard at least once or twice. Diet and exercise is the answer. That is the short answer actually; the long answer is what I am going to do my best to explain with this article. Diet: This is defined by Definitions.com as; to regulate the food of, esp. in order to improve the physical condition, to feed, or to eat or feed according to the requirements of a diet. Seems pretty straightforward right? Diet is eating or the food you eat. That’s about it, which makes it really simple. Why do people have such problems with dieting then? Because they make it harder than it has to be. Sometimes people think that you must get on a diet that starves you, or makes you quit eating your favorite foods.
