Diet and exercise is the way to lose weight fast, and you’ll not find any magic button that will make it any different. It isn’t as bad as it seems though, if you look at things the right way, it’s easy and fun! A diet doesn’t mean that you have to stop eating everything that you like, and starve yourself. It simply is a program of eating. Find yourself a diet that you can easily live with. There are plenty of them out there!

Next take the exercise, who likes exercise if they haven’t been doing it for a while? Well that also is not as bad as it is made out to be either. A good exercise to lose weight is intense enough to get your blood pumping, to work up a sweat. This in turn will release these things in your head called endorphins. I like to call these things happy zips. These happy zips are released in your head and they make you feel good! They give you a euphoric feeling, happy and sated! This is a very good thing! And it lasts for quite a while after you’re done exercising!

Now the real thing is to get a diet and exercise system you enjoy, and stick to it as close as possible for at least the next 28 days. Once you’ve done that you’re almost home free. As you all know a habit is something that you do without really thinking about it comes as second nature.
