A question i hear quite often is ‘Bodybuilding fat loss seems tough, is it possible?’ and the other variations on that question range from, is it easier than other workouts, or better to use bodybuilding to lose weight? I’m here to tell you that there are many important benefits to bodybuilding fat loss methods.

Another benefit is that your metabolism, the mechanism inside your body that processes food into energy, is increased for up to 2 days after a good workout. This means to you that the faster metabolism will eat up calories and fat faster and give you more energy besides.
All this comes together to mean, the more intense your workout, the more fat you’ll burn during the workout. The more intense the workout also means the more calories or fat you’ll burn after the workout with your increased metabolism.
When you come to enjoy these workouts, as many people do because of the release of endorphins, or happy juice as I call it into the brain, you’ll find that bodybuilding fat loss is not only possible, but it becomes easy and fun after a bit of doing it.
