You’ll want to work on a correct workout program which will reduce your body fat for good. The best answer is to work on full body exercises, and I’ll list a few here.

  • Dead lifts

There are many more, but there is a definite pattern to what I’ve laid out here. These are all high intensity, full body workouts. They aren’t concentrating on one spot on your body; they are all designed to burn fat off your body, which with time will burn that fat right off your belly.

That is not to say there is no way you should any sort of abdominal exercises, you definitely should, but do not concentrate only on those exercises, make sure you’re doing a full body workout.
