- People can’t keep the motivation to get the weight off.
- It’s just too hard to follow all those rules for diet and exercise.
- People just don’t have time to do what is needed.
This is a decent sized list of why you might not be able to lose your belly fat. Belly fat loss doesn’t have to be hard or even require a huge amount of motivation. Diet and exercise is the only way to lose belly fat, at least if you want it to stay off. Again I’m here to tell you it is not as hard as you think it will be!
First of all, there are millions of diets out there; a lot of them are decent programs. Find one that you can live with, and stick to it. If it’s too hard to stick to, find a new diet. Check with your doctor as well to make sure you’re using the healthiest diet for you.
Stay away from magic programs or diet pills. They are generally not healthy for your body and the second you stop, the weight comes back fast and hard. Remember, there is no magic weight loss secret, except diet and exercise.
Don’t target JUST your abs. That isn’t to say you can’t target your belly fat at all, but be sure to do an all over workout to ensure the weight comes off as well as you are building muscle and toning. Get an exercise program that is full body and intense enough to get that belly fat loss you want so much.
Use a diet you can live with an exercise program that you can make time to do and your belly fat loss dreams will come true before you know it!
